Jack Aaronson is a renowned author and consultant who works with companies to increase the loyalty and satisfaction of their customers. A specialist in multi-channel marketing, Jack ensures that users have a fulfilling and enjoyable user experience across all touchpoints. As a corporate lecturer, Jack also travels around the world teaching companies how to implement personalization, loyalty programs and multi-channel CRM.
Jack has been working in the Personalization and One-to-One Marketing field since 1996. He created Barnes&Noble.com’s personalization practice in 1999. As Director of Personalization, he was responsible for the vision and strategy for personalization on the site, for designing all personalized features, and for overseeing their project management.
An expert in the industry, Mr. Aaronson has keynoted conferences, and has consistently been voted “Best Speaker” at nearly every conference he attends. He has lectured classes at Wharton School of Business, NYU Stern School of Business, University of Malaga (Spain), University of Southampton (U.K.) and Amherst College.
Since 2005, Floyd Sipe has provided creative direction and design support, and has developed online communications for F.Y.E., Friendly’s, Genzyme, Hyundai, and IKEA, to name a few.
Floyd was Senior Art Director with Valassis 1 to 1 Solutions, where he developed on- and off-line campaigns for GlaxoSmithKline, Microsoft, Stride Rite, and Toys“R”Us accounts. Previously, Floyd was Associate Creative Director at Rapp Collins Worldwide. As a creative director or designer, Floyd has made a career out of blending business strategy and usable design for clients such as 3M, Holiday Inn, Mighty Dog, Monster, Nestle, Northwest Airlines, Target and Tony’s Pizza.
With over twenty years in print and Web design, he has been published in design annuals and received generous recognition from The Webby Awards, John Caples International Awards, MDMA, and NEDMA, to name a few. Floyd has a BS in graphic design from Northeastern University in Boston, and lives in Cambridge, MA with his wife and Shiba Inu.
